The job sheet
A paint schedule for a house lists every surface and what goes on it. This is the same idea for our work: six jobs, sorted under three headers. Surface covers the walls, siding and decks. Pattern and finish covers wallpaper and cabinets. Structure covers carpentry, home improvements and commercial buildings. Houses and commercial properties across NJ and the tri-state area. Paint never adheres perfectly to a dirty surface, so we ask customers to power wash and have the gutters cleaned first, and our own crew can handle both. On older homes we follow EPA lead-safe practices: HEPA vacuums, then wet wiping and wet mopping with plenty of rinse water. A warranty comes with every job.

Porch floors, steps and deck boards take the weather and the foot traffic, so they get a job of their own. The porch work in the gallery shows the range: red-stained steps against a white porch, a mahogany stain on a porch floor, a painted exterior stair with a white rail. Christian will call you back to set up a walk-through, and you decide the finish before any work starts.

Wallpaper installation and removal, plus custom walls and decals. The patterned papers in our photos are hung against crisp white trim and chair rail. From careful preparation to high-quality paper, the aim is a finished room that looks first-class. See the wallpaper page.

Tired kitchen cabinets do not always need replacing. We refinish and reglaze the ones you have, with a kick of color if you want one: gray with a white counter, or white built-ins set into a brick arch. The kitchen stays your kitchen, just fresh. Read about cabinet work.
